  • Your very own CLO + Learning Strategist will immerse into your company culture, meet stakeholders and business partners, and learn organizational norms and ways of working.

  • We’ll come in and measure the current state of your learning programs, technology, and team to create baseline metrics.

  • We’ll partner with you and your team to identify and set goals and outline and agree upon an execution plan.

  • Before changing anything, we’ll explore what has been working in your approach already, and create a repeatable and scalable strategy to amplify results.

  • In this final stage of the process, your CLO will develop a strategy for learning program additions and upgrades, as well as provide an implementation plan.
